MINERVA grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site, provided you comply with these Terms of Use.
Availability
We have expended a lot of effort to ensure the Website is easy to use by everyone, as much as practically possible, regardless of browser or technical device used. However, the vast enormity of technical aspects and the very nature of internet technology itself make it virtually impossible to guarantee that the Website will always be accessible, fully functional or free of errors at any given time or on any given device.
In addition, you acknowledge that our Site may be unavailable owing to maintenance, but where possible we will carry out such maintenance outside core operating hours and we will try to minimise the period of any disruption.
Using the Website
The main purpose of the website is to provide information about services offered and to allow contact with us.
You may not use any manual or automatic techniques, methods or processes to access, extract, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or its Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site, or interfere in any way with the proper working of the Site. MINERVA reserves the right to bar any such activity.
Content
All text, graphics, interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, audio, video, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, organisation, selection, functionality choices, expression methods, visual appearance and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to MINERVA, and is protected by copyright, patent, trade dress and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial purpose, without MINERVA’s express prior written consent.
You may use information, files and documents purposely made available by MINERVA for downloading from the Site, provided that you (1) do not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) do not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.
The Site and any information or other material contained in it is made available strictly on the basis that you accept it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. If you rely on any information or other material contained on the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk and you accept that all warranties, conditions and provisions, express or implied, whether by common law, statute, trade usage, course of dealings or otherwise in respect of the Site are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
MINERVA takes care to respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same.
If you believe that your work has been used on MINERVA’s Website in a way that constitutes infringement, you will need to contact us in writing by kindly providing the following information:

– Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number and an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
– A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
– A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner. Please keep in mind that if you knowingly make a false claim, you could be subject to liability for damages, court costs and attorneys’ fees in a counter claim.
We will process and investigate any notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions with respect to any alleged or actual infringement.

Certain features or services offered on or through the Site may require you to open an account on the Site with a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify MINERVA immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by MINERVA or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your username, password or account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.

Services
We may, now or later, provide services through the Website, including email notifications, Content downloading and information publication. We will endeavour to ensure that such services are available, operate correctly and are free from malicious code (e.g., computer viruses). You agree to release and hold harmless MINERVA for any damages arising out of your use of the Site, including the unavailability, failure or improper operation of services provided through the Site.
MINERVA may make changes to any products or services offered on the Site, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The materials on the Site with respect to products and services may be out of date, and MINERVA makes no commitment to update the materials on the Site with respect to such products and services.
Hyperlinks to and from This Website
MINERVA sets conditions for the use of this website and the hyperlinks to and from this website.
The Website may contain links to other websites, owned and managed by other people and organisations (third-party sites). This is done solely as a convenience for our visitors. Such third-party sites probably have their own Terms of Use, which you should become aware of. MINERVA has no control over and bears no responsibility for, the accuracy, legality, copyright compliance, or any other aspect of the content of any such third-party sites. The inclusion of a link to a third-party site from our website should not be considered to be an endorsement of that third-party site, not should MINERVA be associated with the operations of that third party. You further acknowledge and agree that we will not be directly or indirectly responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, events, goods or services available on or through any such site, service or resource. Any dealings you have with third parties found while using the Website are between you and the respective third party, and you agree that MINERVA is not liable for any loss or claim resulting between you and any such third party.
In general, MINERVA will not object if you place a link on your website to our website, provided the following conditions are met: the link must be from and to pages with free access; the link must not be part of any illegal, obscene or offensive nature; the link and the content surrounding it must not in any way be likely to have a negative impact on MINERVA’s reputation; the link must not be presented in a way which falsely alludes to cooperation or corporate links between you and MINERVA, or makes false implications that your website is maintained or approved by MINERVA. If MINERVA deems the link inappropriate due to any of the above-mentioned reasons or any other reason, MINERVA may request the deletion of a link to MINERVA’s Website, irrespective of whether such permission was previously given or not.
If in doubt whether placing a link will infringe any provision of our Terms, please contact us to request a prior written consent from us. Please, bear in mind that lack of reply to a request on the part of MINERVA does not mean permission is granted to use links to MINERVA’s Website.
Limitation of Liability
MINERVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES OR PROCEEDING ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR OR ANY OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES’ USE OF THE WEBSITE, OUR SERVICES OR ANY OF THE MATERIALS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES, WHETHER THE ACTION IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR OTHERWISE.
Miscellaneous Provisions
MINERVA reserves the right to do any of the following at any time and without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Site, or any portion of the Site, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Site, or any portion of the Site, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Site, or any portion of the Site, as necessary to update content, perform technical maintenance, bug fixing, or make any other changes.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
No waiver of any default under these Terms of Use will apply to any subsequent default, whether of a similar nature or not, nor will any such waiver be construed as a waiver of any other provision of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Other international laws, conventions and provisions neither take precedence nor govern these Terms of Use. Any access to and use of the Website and the entering into these Terms of Use will be deemed to take place in the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any dispute regarding these Terms of Use will be resolved exclusively by the competent Bulgarian court. We and you hereby waive any objection to venue, or to the inconvenience of the forum, of any such court to resolve any such dispute. The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Other Terms and Conditions
Additional terms and conditions may apply to services and to specific portions or features of the Site, including sites and platforms located in subdomains of the Site. You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the terms posted for or applicable to a specific portion of the Site or for any service offered on or through the Site, the latter terms shall govern your use of that portion of the Site or the specific service.
Revisions
MINERVA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is the responsibility of each user to check these Terms of Use periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
