Q: Who does the translations?
A: All translations are done by experienced translators – experts in each respective language, included in a list of translators licensed by the MFA. In all cases you can rest assured that our translators do their utmost to communicate every element of the translation as accurately as possible, judging from their personal experience and professionalism and good practices.
Q: What is the price of translation per page?
A: The price of translation per page can vary slightly depending on the language, type of text, presence of graphics, complex diagrams or tables, etc. Besides, we offer preferential rates to our regular clients, especially corporate ones, because of larger volumes of orders. Please contact us for more precise information in your particular case. Rest assured though that our rates are highly competitive.
Q: What does a ‘translated page’ mean?
A: This is a standard page of 30 lines and 60 characters on a line or 1800 characters in total with spaces. In formatting the pages we endeavour to meet your requirements in each case and also maximally approximate to the formatting of the original document.
Q: Why are the characters counted ‘with spaces’?
A: Take whoever text you like from a document or a book and you will see that there is space between words. This is only natural but it does never at a loss. In all cases you get fair pricing because the number of pages of output text is calculated on the basis of 1800 characters regardless of the real number of physical pages after formatting.
Q: How are characters counted?
A: We place great emphasis on correct relationship with our clients and partners. We use specialised professional software for translators to accurately calculate the number of characters in a translation.
Q: Why should I pay an agency and not simply use a free online translation service or machine translation software?
